RCS is a family owned and operated business with the ability to certify clients nationwide Debbie Vann, a retired dental hygienist, is both the owner and operator. As an organization, we are passionate about teaching CPR and it’s life-saving skills to as many people as we possibly can. It is of the most important that students are confident with their learned skills and gained knowledge.
